If by some twist of fate you got directed here while thinking you were heading towards Mentor Wireless I’ve got bad news for you. Mentor Wireless is no more.
Mentor Wireless was going to be a wireless network like that of NYCwireless or SeattleWireless. Many things stopped the project. The biggest show stopper was that I couldn’t find a single soul in Mentor, Ohio that wanted to help!
Then one day I got Comcast high speed internet. A week later they doubled my Internet speed from 1.5Mbit to 3Mbit for no extra charge.
Since that time Mentor Wireless has disapeared. However, I’ve just started this Wardriving section of my website. While my interest in wireless has greatly decreased and my mobile antenna is busted I just might fire kismet back up for one last drive.
